“At The Brooklands Bakery we produce a range of high quality breads, rolls, baguettes and sweet bakery goods and have been working with Stevens Traceability for several years now to ensure we provide traceability and transparency across our production process.
From goods-in through to production, the Stevens Traceability System enables us to trace single ingredients and batches via a very simple and easy to use terminal. Their system supports us in managing our inventory using the FIFO (first-in-first-out) method and the team at Stevens Traceability are constantly working with us to streamline processes and introduce new elements to our system. For example, moving from single batch codes to master batch codes has made identifying batches for recall or withdrawal a lot quicker and simpler.
The Stevens Traceability System integrates into our ERP system which facilitates quick and easy reporting.

Our Account Manager is very supportive and works closely with us to make sure our traceability requirements are being met.
