Stevens were contacted by AGC Chemicals Europe to provide them with as solution to aid their filling process.

At the UK factory, AGC shop floor operators were filling chemicals into kegs via an obsolete filling system, resulting in frequent overfilling of the kegs, which was resulting in product giveaway and wasted chemicals.

AGC Chemicals Europe wanted a solution that would be developed for better accuracy, meaning less waste. Backed by a full traceability system, giving them easy access to production reports and digital traceability records.
