- A good PPM system should aim to limit wear and tear on equipment which might otherwise result in metal contamination.
- It is mandatory to keep documented records of PPM activity, together with records of any necessary corrective actions that took place.
- Equipment MUST be maintained in line with the original manufacturer’s recommendations.
