QUALITY ASSURANCE
EFFICIENT DATA CAPTURE DIRECTLY AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
The Quality Assurance module allows you to add questions via Stevens Management and set up automated alerts and NCR alerts for specific answers. You’re in full control of the questions and setup, with question types like ‘selectable text’, ‘free text’, ‘numeric’, ‘image comparison’ and more available.
You can then associate these quality control questions against regimes and schedule them directly to the Stevens Terminal to action. Regimes can be scheduled on a recurring basis as and when you need them.
The scheduled regimes are then completed at the Stevens Terminal, and any non-conformances raised can be actioned directly within Stevens Management. Email alerts can also be setup so that they are sent to any designated persons or groups with no additional effort. You can then assign, reports and take remedial actions using the NCR Details section.
PRODUCT AND PROCESS VALIDATION
AUDIT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT FOR EFFECTIVE REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
The Product and Process Validation Module will allow you to meet your necessary average weight legislative requirements, allowing batch numbers to be recorded which can be traced back to the initial batch mix.
It offers tight fill control with minimised give-away, providing legally acceptable records as proof of due diligence. You can also link questions to specific products, ensuring your quality control processes are met throughout your operations.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
To be able to run this software package, you will need a server or PC to house the Stevens Software Suite and a WiFi/LAN network infrastructure in place.
