We are seeking a highly creative graphic designer/marketer to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, high standards of work, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing ideas into visually stunning graphics that resonate with the target audience.

As a key member of our marketing department, you will support the marketing manager and collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce engaging designs for email, social media, company website, and other design requirements as and when needed, predominately digital, however, a small amount of print design may be required.

Website updates including the creation of website pages, CTAs, and forms, are also a part of this role, and you may be asked to get involved with other campaign activities as and when required, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing emails for campaigns and automation
  • Design visual assets including graphics, infographics, and animations for social media, the website, and marketing campaigns
  • Design presentations and sales materials
  • Update the company website
  • Create forms and CTAs
  • Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
  • Maintain and organise a library of design assets and templates for future use
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing
  • Communicate with other departments when required
  • Manage your workload based on communications with the marketing team

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs of digital assets
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and other graphic design tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Experience in using Website CMS e.g. WordPress
  • Experience in using HubSpot (desirable, but not essential)
  • Knowledge of video production and editing software (desirable, but not essential)
