Introducing Waste Dynamic

Waste Dynamic is a modular component of the Stevens Traceability System meaning that it can be added to an existing Stevens Traceability System, or it can be implemented as a standalone waste management system (see system configuration options below).

Our waste management system allows manufacturers to enhance traceability and manage yield loss to support continuous improvement and management of the waste cycle. The Stevens Waste Dynamic system enables you to track, analyse, and report on production by plant, line, or stock keeping unit.

Effective waste management is a high priority for all manufacturers, but particularly important to food producers. In addition to the cost of the ingredients, wasted product can also mean scrapped packaging, increased utility charges, and inefficient use of resources. These costs can also affect customer deadlines, legislation, and public opinion, putting pressure on manufacturers to reduce their food waste. Summary and Detailed Waste Reports: Identify variations in performance to make production more efficient and reduce the costs of materials, labour and energy.

Waste Traceability Process

Controlled Waste Process: Logical steps provide visibility, prevent shortcuts and deliver reliable waste data.

System Configuration Options: Integrated or Standalone

Integrated System

When choosing the integrated system, the Waste Dynamic software sits within the Stevens core system database and is accessed via the onsite local network. This provides you with all the waste dynamic software functionality on your waste terminals, and the associated waste reports in Stevens Management. The integrated system allows Stevens Reports to show actual waste against actual produced values across the Stevens System.
The integrated system also provides you with access to the other Stevens Management functionality and Management reports. The Cloud Waste Service is an optional add on, to allow your Waste Management company to see real-time reports data of when skips are full and ready for collection. Contact us for more information.

The Cloud Waste Service is an optional add on to allow your Waste Management company to see real-time reports and data of when skips are full and ready for collection. Data would be uploaded to the cloud via your network. Contact us for more information about this option.

Standalone System – Option 2

Unlike the Integrated system and Standalone Option 1 system, the Stevens Waste Dynamic standalone system (option 2) operates independently of other Stevens Systems and your local network. You do benefit from the same waste management software functionality and reports, the difference being, that should you wish to use the Cloud Waste Service (optional add on) to allow your Waste Management company to see real-time reports and data of when skips are full and ready for collection, the data would be uploaded to the cloud via a 4G connection.
