We’re looking to recruit a telephone-confident, organised, go-getter to generate B2B leads for our traceability and weighing company.

Stevens Traceability is a market leader in traceability software and weighing equipment, working with manufacturers across the UK & Ireland in the food, logistics, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors, and many more.

The Role

Supporting the Sales and Marketing teams to maximise sales and raise the profile of the company, its products, and services.

The successful candidate will be key to driving lead generation, bringing on board new opportunities for meetings, quotes, and sales.

The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, particularly as we have a diverse range of products as well as a vast client base.

The role also offers the opportunity for career progression.

Responsibilities

  • B2B lead generation and cold calling
  • Following up on marketing campaigns
  • Researching companies to target
  • Researching and reporting on trends and recognising new opportunities
  • Developing best practices for lead generation activities
  • Assisting with the development and use of the company CRM system

Prime Tasks

  • Outbound calling
  • Updating CRM system with all activities/notes
  • Sending introductory emails
  • Sending additional information (brochures etc) as required
  • Arranging appointments for the sales team (virtual and face-to-face)
  • Creating prospect lists
  • Managing data
  • LinkedIn Prospecting
  • Feedback and reporting on lead generation activities

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working within a similar role.
  • Proven track record of results.
  • A can-do attitude and drive for success.
  • Computer literate, proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experienced using a CRM system.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
