As Head of Sales, Keith is responsible for overseeing our internal sales team and assisting companies in improving their recipe weighing and for providing full paperless traceability of all ingredients and commodities to meet all current UK legislation.
HEAD OF SALES
As Area Sales Manager for Scotland, Ian manages existing customers, updating them on new system additions. Ian also talks to prospective customers about their specific system requirements and how we can help them achieve their traceability goals.
AREA SALES MANAGER
Covering the South of England as a Contracts Manager, Chris handles the contracts side of the business. He meets customers and discusses their service requirements so we can choose the best contract for the customer and ensure the best service possible.
Covering the North of England as a Contracts Manager, Darren handles the contracts side of the business. He meets customers and discusses their service requirements so we can choose the best contract for the customer and ensure the best service possible.
As Technical Manager, Paul is involved in all technical matters throughout the business. He is involved from initial enquiry through to installation specifying and fufilling bespoke software and hardware solutions for customers.
As a project manager at Stevens Traceability, Craig is responsible for end to end management of the production building process, right through to commissioning the hardware onsite. Craig also provides site visits for system training and customer check ups.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT MANAGER
As Sales Administrator, Ruby processes incoming customer orders, deals with enquiries from customers and assists the sales and finance team with day to day tasks. Ruby also handles internal purchasing within Stevens Traceability Systems.
From consultations with customers, Stuart builds small to large systems that meet the individual needs of their business. He follow the process from point of sale through to final installation, providing training to our customers along the way.
Thomas manages and configures traceability systems, ensuring the projects remain on track through to completion. He delivers training to clients and in addition, completes system demos to clients via web ex or during a face-to-face meeting.
As commerical office manager, Shelley manages the Commercial office & team members. This involves overseeing the day to day running of the service call desk, ticket logging and co-ordinating engineers workloads throughout the company.
COMMERCIAL OFFICE MANAGER
Alison covers all aspects of contracts administration – including renewing & updating contracts data, invoicing for contracts, updating engineer site reports to show correct asset lists and dealing with customer queries.
