Stevens provide world class, nationwide UKAS and BSI accredited, on-site service and support. We lead a team of over 30 field and support engineers managed by our dedicated call desk, featuring state of the art vehicle tracking – ensuring the fastest possible response times.

We offer four levels of UK nationwide support options to suit your requirements – namely Platinum, Gold,  Silver and Bronze. Our support contracts are tailored to individual clients with response times and coverage to suit the needs of your business and equipment.

Service Level Platinum

Platinum

We provide qualified Service Engineers to examine, test and calibrate your equipment annually or on an agreed number of occasions specified in your contract.

This package includes any emergency repairs visit together with the remedy of faults arising out of fair wear, tear and use. We use our best efforts to respond as quickly as possible within the agreed response time.

We replace and fit all components free of charge, excluding – Loadcells and other transducers, Conveyor belts and bearings, Thermal Print Heads, Ink Ribbons, paper rolls or other consumable items.

Service Level Gold

Gold

We provide qualified Service Engineers to examine, test and calibrate the equipment annually or on an agreed number of occasions as specified in the contract.

We will make emergency visits to effect repairs or remedy faults arising out of fair wear, tear and use. We shall use our best efforts to respond as quickly as possible within the agreed response time.

This package includes free fitting of all parts required. The parts will be charged at the current rates.

Service Level Silver

We provide qualified Service Engineers to examine, test and calibrate the equipment annually or on an agreed number of occasions as specified in the contract.

We will make emergency visits to effect repairs or remedy faults arising out of fair wear, tear and use. We shall use our best efforts to respond as quickly as possible within the agreed response time.

Charge for all parts and fitting at current rates.

Service Level Bronze

Bronze

We provide qualified Service Engineers to examine, test and calibrate the equipment annually or on an agreed number of occasions as specified in the contract.

We will make a maximum of two emergency visits within a 12-month period to effect repairs or remedy faults arising out of fair wear, tear and use. We shall use our best efforts to respond as quickly as possible within the agreed response time.
