The final stage of the Stevens management software solution is utilised in despatch, where you are able to undertake operations such as picking and despatching sales orders.

Printers and scanners can also be used alongside scales in despatch to monitor and record stock out, orders fulfilled and part filled.

Pick Sales Orders

The Stevens System enables finished products to be associated with the relevant sales order and routes.

Sales orders can be imported from an accounting package, created using the back office software, or created on a handheld device. The user simply selects the customer, the line items and quantity and the sales order will be available for picking.

Despatch Sales Orders

The final stage in the process of the warehouse management system is to confirm the order on the management system.
